Refunds are issued once your return has been processed and approved. Timing depends on the return method:

For Standard Shipped Returns

-If you returned your item using our prepaid shipping label:

- Your refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

- Please allow up to 5–7 business days from the delivery date for the inspection and refund to be completed.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

For Donation-Based Returns (including dressers)

If your return was completed through our donation process:

- Your refund will be issued once we’ve received and verified your valid donation receipt.

- The receipt must be uploaded in the Return Portal within two weeks of approval.

- After verification, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
