If you accidentally ordered more than one of the same item, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order and include your order number. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it ships.</p><p>If your order has already been processed or shipped, no worries, you can still return the extra item once it arrives:</p><p>- If you added Checkout+ at checkout, you can request a return through our <a href="https://nurtureand.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=687fbf3f7d04714c004dec47" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Return Portal </a>within 60 days of delivery, and we&#x2019;ll coordinate pickup at no additional cost.</p><p>- If you did not add Checkout+, you can still return the item, but a 10% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
