To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be in like-new condition (free of stains, damage, or signs of wear).
-All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal.
-Returns not initiated through the portal are not eligible for a refund.
-We do not accept exchanges.
-We recommend keeping the original box and packaging in case you decide to make a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
