How to Return Your Nurture& Product
We offer a 60-day return window so you can try your Nurture& furniture at home, worry-free.
Step-by-Step Return Process
1- Visit our Return Portal within 60 days of delivery.
2- Submit your return request through the portal.
3- Ensure the item is in like-new condition (no stains, damage, or visible wear).
4- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
5- Repack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
6- Drop off or schedule pickup with the assigned carrier.
Important Notes:
- All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal to qualify for a refund.
- Returns not submitted through the portal will not be accepted.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Fees
If you added Checkout+ at checkout, return shipping is covered and no restocking fees apply.
If you did not add Checkout+, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Dresser Returns
Dressers are not eligible for shipping-based returns due to their size and weight. Instead, we offer a donation return option:
1- Submit a return request through the Return Portal.
2- Once approved, donate the dresser to any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of your choice.
3- Upload a valid donation receipt (with the nonprofit’s name and date) to the portal within two weeks.
4- Once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
