How do I return an item if I am not happy with my purchase?Updated 7 days ago

We’re sorry to hear your Nurture&amp; product didn&#x2019;t work out. If you&#x2019;re not fully satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window so you can try your furniture at home, worry-free.</p><p>All returns must be initiated through our official <a href="https://nurtureand.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=687fbf3f7d04714c004dec47" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Return Portal</a> within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund.</p><p>&#x2757;Returns that are not submitted through the portal will not be accepted.</p><p><strong>Returning Standard Items</strong></p><p>Once your return is approved in the portal:</p><p style="line-height: 1;">- You&#x2019;ll receive a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;">- Package the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;">- Drop it off or schedule a pickup with the assigned carrier.</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;">- Your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Returning Dressers</strong></p><p>Due to their size and weight, dressers cannot be returned via shipping.</p><p>Instead, we offer a donation return option:</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;">- Submit a return request through the <a href="https://nurtureand.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=687fbf3f7d04714c004dec47" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Return Portal.</a></p><p style="line-height: 1;">- Once approved, donate the dresser to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of your choice.</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;">- Upload a valid donation receipt to the portal within two weeks of approval.</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;">- Your refund will be processed once the receipt is verified.</p><p style="line-height: 0.5;"><br></p><p>If you have questions or need help at any point, our customer service team is happy to assist at <a data-fr-linked="true" href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>.</p>
