How can I cancel my order?Updated 7 days ago

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing it and include your order number. After this window, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already been processed, don’t worry, you can still return it for a refund once it arrives. Simply submit a request through our Return Portal within 60 days of delivery. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies unless you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, which waives that fee and covers return shipping.

To avoid any issues, we recommend carefully reviewing your order details before confirming your purchase.
