Shipping and restocking fees depend on whether Checkout+ return protection was added at checkout:

If you purchased Checkout+:

Return shipping is covered, and there’s no restocking fee.

If you didn’t purchase Checkout+:

A 10% restocking fee will be applied, and customers kindly cover the return shipping cost.

Remember, all returns need to be started through our Return Portal within 60 days of delivery to qualify.
