Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number to request a cancellation.
After this 12-hour window, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you can return unwanted items for a refund through our Return Portal within 60 days of delivery.
Please note: Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
A 10% restocking fee applies unless you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, which waives this fee and covers return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We also recommend keeping the original box and packaging in case you decide to make a return.
