How do I cancel my order?Updated 17 days ago

You can cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. Use the link in your confirmation email or contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the change or cancellation.

Please note: After the 12-hour window, we’re only able to cancel orders that haven’t yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
